Welcome! I’m Trish, registered dietitian, recipe creator and mom. Food has always been a big part of my life. My earliest memories are centered around food: the smell of my grandma’s house that took on the sautéed garlic and basil she added to her famous marinara; waking up on Sunday morning to the sizzling sound of red-skinned potatoes frying as dad prepared our hearty Irish breakfast; serving ice cream sundaes on hot summer days at my Aunt’s restaurant on the Jersey Shore.
From Sunday suppers to Irish breakfasts, the biggest question always being asked is, “What should we make?” In our family, the kitchen is the central place that brings us together. And nothing reaps more benefit, both body and soul, than cooking in the kitchen with loved ones ~ connecting us to our food, one another and ourselves. Bon appétit from our family to yours!
