How long can you store the mousse in the refrigerator? And can you prevent the avocado from turning brown?

    • You can keep the mousse in the refrigerator for 4 to 5 days, no problem. To prevent avocado from turning brown, spray/ apply a little olive oil to the exposed part and cover tightly with plastic wrap. Thanks for visiting!
