Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

pumpkin pie smoothie

I’ve had pumpkin on my mind lately. This time of year means two things: stocking up on cans of unsweetened pumpkin and pumpkin smoothies. Mmm.

With the Thanksgiving holiday coming up, I thought I’d share something I came across recently. We know giving thanks makes us feel all warm and fuzzy but did you know that cultivating an attitude of gratitude has been linked to better health, sounder sleep, less anxiety & depression, higher long-term satisfaction with life & kinder behavior toward others? I thought that was pretty impressive. Read more about how gratitude brings healthy dividends¬†here.

Do you practice gratitude on a regular basis? If so, how? I’d love to know. Enjoy the smoothie :-)
